Called to 305-672-2447,1300 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33119 office. Operator ask me to stay on a brief hold. After 55 minuets waiting I had to drop the phone. Unacceptably terrible service.
I changed address a month prior my moving. The date was set on July 1st 2020. It’s a middle of August and you still keep on sending my letters and packages to an old address!!!!!
Waiting for package supposed to be delivered by 8:00 p.m. It's 8:40. Been having trouble with deliveries lately. Get it together people. This package purportedly went out for delivery before 8:00 a.m.

The most worst post office I have ever sow in my life.Stupid ,lazy,angry and aggressive.It,s dangerous to use this office. Any problem they turn scandal. You have to have nerves of steel to go to this office.This office must be closed and all its employees must be dismissed.
Horrible rude employees. All of them are black, and they are black racist and very aggressive. They abused me only because I am white. They make provocation to white people specially. Next time I am going to call to police. Management of this office now about this fact ,but not doing anything. Because employers are aggressive it only one step before somebody can react in back way and one more criminal case coming in Miami Beach.
