It is insane, the way they make you lose your time making a long line to let you know they would not provide you the service, even when you are early and with everything ready to do it. They just don't want to work. I was there before 9 am to do the passport for first time for my daughter, on their website says they are accepting walk in until 10 am, but no, they can't be working that hard, just 3 or 4 walk in. It doesn't have any sense, it looks like they don't really care, like communism!!!!

We need priority mail package bags to sort our packages. The Postal Workers that come, do not have any. No one answers the 2 phone number we have been calling for 2 weeks. They also have a bad attitude. today Jurdi said if we have more packages next time he comes he would not take them. And that he would see if he could remember to tell someone we need bags. I have from 50 to over 100 orders sometimes. All have prepaid labels. We need better customer service over here. SEND HELP!!!!!
