This post office does not answer the telephone. I have an urgent case with them that was placed on 10/11/2024 and the only thing I received was an email confirming my urgent case. I am unable to obtain a better phone number and I am unable to submit any complaints online as suggested. Each site claims the address is incorrect and it is. When I place the zip code of the location of the incident, the message that comes up is that zipcode 33142 does not exist! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

How about something totally different. I worked there in 1980. We took a group photo on back dock. I was the only white guy. The photographer said I needed some shoe polish. I looked down at my shoes as everyone roared with laughter. He took the picture. I'm retired now, 34 years. Would give anything for a copy of that picture.
