Hello : I went to the postal office of Aventura this morning Dec 21 , and I couldn’t be more disappointed and mad about the way (Rose ) talk to a very old lady that was trying to send a package , first she was rude to her because she was asking a question and second the Olaf lady said what ? 2 times and Rose said to her if you say What one more time .. in a very aggressive way and screaming to her the poor old lady respond I have a hearing problem that’s why I said what . I’ve been living in aventura for 17 years im not an old person I felt ashamed ( I went with my niece that was visiting I was about to tell something to Rose but I didn’t want to make a show ) there’s a lot of old people in our city that have Alzheimer’s that have hearing problems ect . I have seen this ( employee call Rose ) been rude before but today she was abusing an elderly person and I’m sorry but I hope someone talk to her about respect and have a little of compassion for people .

Why don’t you tell the truth you came just as I was locking up 1:59 I said no I’m closing I’m only taking the three people that we’re already inside you got upset cause you couldn’t have your way I explain to you I open 10 minutes early , your response that’s not my problem I walk away to assist the others customers and you stood there started to call me names I said no your not gonna do that I will call police on you which I should have done don’t try and destroy me lady tell about your behavior ok got it

Something is not OK. I sent the package on the 14 of November. the track number is - LY984074883CN. This number shows that the package is somewhere in Miami local distribution center. Please help me tell me where is the package. Can you update the track information?
