I had a scammer that scam me out of merchandise. I did a interception on the package same day I sent it off . They still delivered it to the person . If anybody on here know how I can get it back . URGENT RE Tracking number 92055901755477000278970300. USPS delivered package to Blue Lagoon post office. It is the wrong post office and they won't deliver. They haven't forwarded it to the correct post office so it has sat for 12 days and is scheduled to be returned to sender. Please forward to the right post office (Milan Annex) so it can be delivered. Website is of no assistance, no one answers calls at local post offices, (800) 275-8777 is 1 1/2 hour wait and accomplishes nothing (have contacted them 3 times). Please take care of this and don't return to sender.

I've called several times to reschedule a delivery but the phone keeps ringing and ringing but nobody takes the call. This is what I call HORRENDOUS customer service!!

Ive called 10 times and it rings until I get a busy tone. My package was marked as "ready for pickup"... I live over an hour away. It was supposed to be delivered to my door. The least someone can do is pick up the phone when I call. What is this customer service?

THIS SERVICE IS PISS POOR . I never experienced this with Woodstock Post Office or any other post office. You’ll need to check your reviews because no1 has anything good to say. The worst customer service EVER!!
I have a verified address. The lazy mail carrier doesn't want to work so she just writes "undeliverable as addressed" and gets away with it. Her last name is LUPO. I can't even complain because this post office won't answer the phone, and when they do they have a poor attitude.

The phone just rings and rings. Once someone just picked it up and hung it up again. I wish they had not lost the package I sent and I would not have to deal with them.
