I am extremely displeased with the way the staff handles & treats customers at the Miami 33101 location on 2nd ave. I came to receive a package only to be skip over helping everyone except me then finally when the person in the front got to me I was told they had already packed up the packages on the truck and that the mail carrier would be leaving soon then I ask if I could speak to her to try to receive my package she came out only to be rude with a horrible nasty attitude telling me that I had to wait for it to be delivered then I ask to speak to the manager the manager was a beautiful light skinned women who was extremely rude mouthy with a terrible attitude twisting and popping her neck. Their really needs to be some assessments made and if not teach these people to have some proper professional manners instead of acting like some hood rat ghetto ignorant people out of the projects with no home training I mean this is no way to run a business and I would like my mail and or packages sent to the newly build location which is a lot closer to my home instead of dealing with these unprofessional impolite hood rat hoodlums either teach them how to deal with customers or BETTER YET GET RID OF THEM AND REPLACED THEM WITH RESPECTABLE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SOME MANNERS AND ARE WILLING TO DO THEIR JOBS AND TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT P.S I’m not the only one who has complained about these horrible employees just check the reviews
