Postal Locations

I have been trying to call this post office for 2 days....NO ONE ANSWERS VERY SAD and FRUSTRATING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Helen" from the Country Lake post office went above and beyond to help me make sure my daughters birthday gift was delivered ontime and to the correct address. She even follow up the next day to let me know it had been delivered. I ordered a gift on HSN and received a notice from the post office that it was not able to be deliver the way it was address, so I contacted the Country Lakes office and was LUCKY to get Helen on the phone, she immediatley went to work to find the package and make sure it was deliver. The post office AND US are very lucky to have an employer of this caliber. I had heard horrible stories about the Miami Postal Service, but I have to say its not true now. Please recognize Helen for a job very well done. Thanks, a very satisfy customer.
