Every time my packages are sent here they are lost and it's a mission to try and get them back. And when several complaints are submitted, either with usps directly, then, my package mysteriously appears and is sent to my house. They always say that it has been picked up by the receiver, when I haven't even been notified about my package arriving. ALSO, I have to always notify my senders to put on the instructions (if possible) to NOT send to this location, because packages gets lost here. They never answer their phones either.

I lost a package on June 18, It was set as delivered to my porch and this is not true I never receive I tray to speak with the supervisor and the person in the door don't let me enter because they do not have nothing to do with it that made the claim and they and wait, try to speak with the postman and he do not give important to the problem that fill the claim and they give me my money back and that it and at the end try to call the office the manager put me in hold for more than an hour. I am missing 2 packages! Last week 3 packages came open when I personally know the seller and know they dont send packages opened! Today 1/26/2021 I didnt recieve my bank card! Something strange is going on in that post office or delivery person!
I check my mail around 1:40pm and retrieved my letters .. i have been monitoring my package and it was about almost 6:38 when i check lastly and it said in transit .... my door was open since this is an aprtment building.....since ut was passed 8pm i closed the door and sidnt bother waiting on it any more yet !! I recieve a text at 9:55pm that the package was delivered at 5:38pm when there is no way possible at all my door was open and no one arrived at that time at all!!! See attached. Just unfortunate i didnt snap a picture on when it still said in transit at 6:38pm...but here are the text messages and time recieved yet no package no usps work at my.door and the building does have cameras as well and notbi g shows being delivered either! Very pist off. ... yet mail lady never pases if it rains or if its cold or of its to late just doesnt even bother at all!!
Called three times to speak to an agent to help me with a package that has been held at this post office for 6 days.. It was intercepted and needs to be returned to me in SC. I was transferred to the operator who did not pick up the phone and was hung up on. I have spent many hours trying to resolve this issue with my package and have had no answers from USPS!!! I am sooo frustrated!!
I sent a package and it's been sitting in your office when I track it since March 26, 2019 indicating that it will be "delivered on the next business day." It's March 28, 2019 and the package is still sitting in your post office !!! what exactly is the next business day for you??? I call you a million times a day and you don't pick up your phone. I call USPS and they are of no help either. It's like my package went into a twilight zone and I can't reach it. Someone needs to contact me immediately ...
Alejandro Baldomero, USPS Employee of Allapattah, Fl. He delivered the box I sent to my mother well over SIX MONTHS ALREADY! And not even the insurance money I paid USPS when sending is refunded, much less everything else I sent my mother. As per the regular route mail carrier, And neighbors, IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT A BOX IS DROPPED OFF AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. He admitted to his laziness and mistake of giving the box to an x-neighbor which denied receiving it. I have contact USPS General, filed MANY complains AND NOTHING. I WILL NEVER USE USPS TO SEND ANY BOXES EVER AGAIN. AND I WILL "NOW" (BECAUSE I WAITED PATIENTLY AND GAVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT) CREATE A BLOG AND SHARE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS OF WHEN SHIPPED AND FIRST PUT IN A PO BOX WHICH MY MOM'S NEVER HAD, AND ALL THE EMAILS BACK AND FORTH TO PROVE THE LACK OF RESPECT AND PROTECTION TO US CUSTOMERS.

Today, August 25 2017 , in "Jose Marti" post office in 425 NW 27th AVE , 33215, approximately after 1.pm I was treated rudely, for two employers named Julio and Maria, and I saw similar treated of several people who went to find out for packages.Please our community needs employees who treat us with courtesy and honesty.
Please note that at least 4 - 5 times per month our mail is not picked up or delivered. We have asked our mail carrier and they tell us it is because we are at the end of their route. I'm sorry, but we are a business and we depend on our mail being delivered every day. If the route is too big then the USPS needs split the route.
The phone number posted is either busy or stating it is disconnected at the JOSE Marti USPS location I've been calling since Friday 6/27/2014. It's strange, they require an appointment but are unable to be reached. Anyway to set up an appointment online?
