If I could give this office zero stars I would! I have been trying to get in touch with them for days and the phone only has a recording which doesn’t allow you to speak to a human, nor leave a message!

I have had 2 packages sent to my home and not delivered, to make it worse the mail person is supposed to scan the packages when delivered which the last one was at 3:ooam This tells me that someone in the post office is stealing my packages,

Terrible. I'm in the hospital and my mailbox probably full. I don't want my mail to be returned to sender as was done last time I was in the hospital . I tried 6 times just this morning to call the number given. They never ever answer the phone.

I would like to thanks my mailman delivery for many years. His last day would be this Friday, May 21, 2021. Execellent customer service, respectful, serious person. We don't understand, why he being transfer to another route. Always the best for his new journey, for him and his family. God bless all the employees they work 365 day, rain and shine to delivery the mail to all the house and business.

My package is in this post office for a month ago. I called like 50 times and they never answer the phone. It's frustrating when you live in another state and can't go there.

The millennial substitute of my regular postman failed to deliver my mail this past Friday & Saturday! I'm trying to call to complain and make sure he gets fired & I get my mail today and it just rings then hangs up without anyone ever answering the phone. Banana Republic... They need to hire older responsible individuals, not lazy goofy, millennials who smoke pot all day and fail to pay attention to what they're doing!

This is the worst customer service ever. I call the phone rings like 20times and than it hangs up. Why are we paying taxes to have people working there and they cant even answer the phone. When I get out of work they are closed. This is bs.

Called the post office for over an hour and over 100 calls, Finally was able to have an agent answer the phone, only to hear HOL, Agent didn't even finished her statement before placing me on hold for another 45 minutes. While still being on hold from their 1800 number, Poor customer service. All of this to be able to track my packages that was claim to had been deliver
