Our mail was stolen from the outside box in perrine on quail rooste drive. A number of the checks were washed and used by the criminals. I had to close accounts and file police reports. So don’t put mail in the drop boxes outside of any post office.

A package that the tracking # showed as delivered was not delivered to the address on the package. I sent it priority thinking that it was being monitored from the time it was dropped off until it was scanned upon being delivered but apparently that's not the case. Here's the explanation emailed to me "Our tracking report shows that the package was with the carrier for delivery on August 12, 2023. Our system also indicates the Carrier did not scan the package within the acceptable radius of the verified coordinates of your mailbox. Regrettably, our searches initiated by your inquiries have failed to locate the missing parcel or its contents. "

Mail doesn’t get delivered regularly. Frequently we don’t get mail delivered at 9299 SW 152 street our medical building and the one next to us We also get mail miss delivered and many insurance checks get lost

I am totally done with this poor service. I have been calling over and over again only to have the phone go to a busy signal, my last order of parts came in broken wet boxes and missing 5 parts that were never recovered. Today they are showing my Glucometer as delivered since the 10 th and nothing has arrived. Best tell your suppliers to use Fed ex or UPS because the lack of leadership makes this branch a lose lose proposition!

They NEVER answer the telephone. My package was set to be redelivered and it has YET to have any update.

No matter at what time I've called, no one ever answers! For some odd reason my priority mail package from CA with destination to Michigan end up in their facilities and it's been there for several days and it's impossible to speak with some one about why on earth won't they ship it back to where it was intended to?? Why do most business strive for incompetence??
