Postal Locations

I have to disagree with the negative comments below. I have had nothing but great customer service and courtesy since using them four years ago. I highly recommend using that post office if you’re anywhere near the area. The gentleman manager and clerk Julie are wonderful.

On 12/27?2017 I called the POffice in Myakka City FL 34251 in regard of a package that was misplaced and ended up in Shepherdville KY. The clerk was very rude and disrespectful, did not explain clearly what should I do to locate the missing package and hanged up on me, breaking up the conversation. It's not the first time I speak w this person about the misplaced packages and he exhibits the same behavior most of the time. Going to the USPS official website is useless, the form for formal complaint does not let you input the POffice address manually and when I tried to find it via their form, it does not show any results.

WORST POSTAL SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I can't get any of my mail on the day it is supposed to be delivered! They will not drive down my OPEN driveway (not gated). I've done everything I can to get them to deliver my mail before 7:00pm. I thought the postal system was a 9-5 job not a whenever I feel like it job! Get your acts together and get me my mail ON TIME!!!!
