I mailed a package from the Union Lake office on 04/27/2022, it arrived at your location on 04/29/20222 at 07:10 am., #9405508205498771548490 shows out for delivery 04/29/2022 at 07:21am, the last posting was at 1:21am awaiting delivery scan. The addressee has not received this item and has tried to claim it and been unsuccessful .. Since you cannot deliver this object as I paid for, I would like either the mail returned or the insurance of $50.00 to cover my loss of item and shipping. #248-520-0556
This post office is always packed and moves so slowly, I have been trying to call and no response until it goes to busy signal to find out if I have my mail being held here instead of wasting my time to drive all the way here as I requested for my mail to be forwarded from my past address and I am awaiting important mail.
This site is a joke..the phone numbers are wrong and the auto person you finally get is awful... The wait time for alive person is 25-30 minutes, are you kidding. And the posted hours are also wrong...awful awful awful!
This is the worst post office I ever been to. I walked in to this post office at 6:30pm. I wait in line for over 20 minute to send off a mail. when I get up to the lady at the counter she state that I filled out the wrong slip. at this time she asked me to go get another slip. after wait in line again another lady came out and said we are closed. I explain to the lady that I was in line waiting for over 20 minute . her respond was I don't care we are closed. as i was walking out frustrated. just wasted 35 minute of my day I say the two associates hi fiveing each other. I was sick to my stomach. I went to ups and send off my Packages. It did not take 1 minute at ups. These people need some serus Training.
The worst service and the worst customer service.!!! No wonder is losing money...... Everything that is government run is very deficient. This entity should be bankrupt and out of business....it only exists because the government is behind. Good luck....
