Postal Locations

If I could give a negative 5 I would. Mail carrier hasn't picked up outgoing mail 2 days in a row. Postal carrier drives right by does a u-turn and heads back up the street. I have called over a dozen times and nobody picks up the phone.

Lol Ocala Post service and in the area of Ocala Florida is a joke. They never pick up and answer there till free number is a bigger joke No wonder the United states Post office System is awful corrupt lazy employees and etc.

An outgoing check to pay a large bill has been sitting in my mailbox for two days. This is the 5th time in the past two months that the lazy and or incompetent carrier has failed to pick up such items. The Post Office on Maricamp Rd. has the worst postal service I've ever dealt with. It's worse than a third world country.

3 days in a row in my outgoing mail My outgoing mail has not been picked Up. How am I supposed to get my bills paid If the mail Carrier isn't picking up Outgoing mail? I am not happy. This is the Post Office on Mary camp road in Ocala Florida 34472. And of course trying to call that location gets you nowhere because they don't answer the phone

The worst postal carriers in America. They only deliver when the feel like it. Outgoing mail sits in the box with the flag up for days without getting picked up and this is a business on south Pine (US 441). They never answer the phone, when you go to the post office and complaint they lie to your face and tell you that they stopped. The mail carrier occasionally blows the horn to taunt you as she blazes by the flagged mailbox totally ignoring the flag. It’s a disgrace to get paid to not do your job. Horrible doesn’t do it justice.

I need to transfer mail

We have not received our scheduled pick-up several times and we have only been in the area a month. The phone line rings and is never answered. I have been calling for 3 days now, multiple times a day. This is unacceptable.

Most importantly, their phone is a sham. It instantly disconnects so all you ever see is CALL ENDED before it ever began. And yes, this is in their posted hours. And all I need is an approximate time they will be at my postal kiosk, because the key they left me does NOT work the designated (or any other) box there. So I cannot get my package.

I have gone to the post office 7 times. was told to put a label in the back of mailbox. so i did.I live in an apt complex. i still get other peoples mail. I have been living here for 8 years. Just had an agreement the postal person today april 27 @11:55. I walked behind the mailbox. She starting yelling. I told her I was checking to c if label was there and it still could be read. She kept yelling and screaming, saying it is not her fault. I said apparently no one reads it. It is not my job to put it in the return slot. She just kept yelling. She was very very rude. So i called the toll free number and complained to them. Gave her all the info and the problems with the rude mail carrier. So will c what happens next

Are you doing early mail pickup from residential boxes. Put mail in box at 8:30 am and was gone by 9:30 am. if not I need to report stolen mail.

I am unable to open the lock box for a package. I think there was a problem before because there are two key locks. My husband and I tried both many times but were unsuccessful. We put the key in the outgoing mail box so the mail person would find it. Please address this issue.

I have call 4 times and no one answers then disconnected. I keep getting other peoples packages. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks and I have gotten packages and mail from other people bringing over. Zip code 34480

I’ve called 2 post offices in the Ocala area during business hours and the phone just rings, no one answers it. Glad I didn’t have a question about overnighting a package!!!🤬🤬🤬 Terrible service

It is Monday the 4th and it is 6:05 P.M. and still no mail delivery. Why is it that Hemlock Radial Pass is so late in getting their mail. I've been waiting for a important piece of mail and I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Our neighborhood is getting tired of the delivery service, something has to be done.

We turn in a change of address every year and still don't receive any mail from Florida. We have been at the We are still waiting for mail. The last couple of years,they saved our mail in anew address since the end of may,it is now Sept. and still no mail. I haven't received anything from my insurance,and am suppose to get annuity check, Nothing. This has happened for the last fifteen years. The last couple of years they saved our mail for three months,and sent it all in a buddle.

I have tried to call continually for the past 20 minutes. None of my calls were ever answered.

Maybe the worst mail carriers I've had ever...mail doesn't get delivered, they never leave a "being held" card when they don't deliver something, and when you try and call there is never an answer. Typical government run establishment...no one cares nor is held accountable
