I was just at the chick fila on Alafaya, as I was in the drive thru a worker was backing up and almost hit my car so I blowed the horn. The female driver started throwing her hands up and in the air and yelling and I could tell she was very angry. She backed up and as she passed me she flicked me off and sped off. Truck number was 2330260 it was around noon on 7/18. I usually don’t do reviews but considering her behavior she shouldn’t be driving a company truck or working for the post office.

I put in a stop delivery request for 4/24/2023 until 5/8/2023. I had a tracking number (9374810912402015105040) which stated that it was placed in my mailbox on 4/29 at 3:04pm. Today I received my mail by the carrier that contained 7 pieces of mail, none of which was my package. I asked the carrier, not my regular carrier, who stated this is all the mail I have for you. If I had the stop delivery on file, why was it placed in my mailbox during the suspended period? My mailbox was empty upon return home yesterday.

I have outstanding checks written over two weeks ago and mailed, which still have not cleared my account. Please tell me mail isn't taking that long, and if so, why? My fear is the items are lost and I am going to have to pay stop payment fees. I already got slapped with a late charge, which I did get waived, but my good credit standing shouldn't be compromised due to lack of such a crucial service. I live in east Orlando on Chickasaw at a condo. Please look into this thank you.

Alafaya Carrier Annex on 1000 N. Alafaya Trail is the worst. You will wait in the lobby and press the doorbell and no one will answer. You'll see employees right on the other side of the door talking and standing there but they won't answer for at least 20 min. and when they do watch out for the attitude. They all suck there, the absolute rudest employees around. I thought the registry of motors vehicles was bad, wait until you go here. Postmaster should fire each and every one of them and just hire a bunch of college kids.

I stood outside and the postal server gave my husband mail, put a package on the doorstep and then 5 minutes later I got a text that one of my packeages 'could not be delivered' due to 'animal interference.'. WTH? I was so mad. I'd been wating for this little package and now it won't be delivered. I tried calling. that is a JOKE.

I've called repeatedly and was disconnected a dozen times. This is absolutely unacceptable, I understand everyone busy. We never get mail timely and the service is ridiculous. The staff could careless. Its very unfortunate because I'm sure they have to deal with irate costumers, if they would only pick up the phone , I'm sure half of their problems could be solved. I have very complained to any company before but you are the US postal service, this is unacceptable. Thanks.

This is the worst place charged me 35 dollars for mailbox key said it would be here in 2 days that was wensday it’s now Monday and I’m still without key guess I’ll be going there tomorrow and raising hell

I called this place for 20 minutes trying to check on a package that it said was delivered. I made a trip all of the way there because no one picked up only to find out that the package was not there. They said they didn't have anyone there to answer the phones. Why not?

This facility violated my disability rights. I prefer to pay more money to have my package 📦 delivered by FedEx OR UPS to ever give my money to USPS. The majority of the people in this facility are unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never conduct business with them again!

This post office violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, and they allow their customers to assault other customers! It happened to me yesterday! Also, this post office hires thieves! I've had items stolen from employees of this post office, and were caught on camera! Do NOT give this post office your business!!!

This location has had problems for decades, so bad someone was kind enough at the Postmaster General's office to give me a number that, as they said it, would be answered if anybody was there. I'm talking 6am and literally, for years, some of the people have been very helpful. Now there is a female grouch that hangs up on me and says it's an emergency number. Hmmm, OK, the number for the Alafaya PO is 407-658-2395, tell 'em you got it from the Postmaster General's office and they told you they are expected to do their jobs, not be hostile at customers who actually need them to do their jobs correctly.

It is not the first time we have this issue, this is like the 5th check that gets lost in this location. Every time we mail a check to one of our subcontractors the check gets lost and we have to pay for a stop payment. We have tried to contact the postmaster or someone to let them know about this issue is impossible, no one cares and we continue to face the same problem, you can not trust the USPS any more.

This post office is lacking in customer service. I was waiting on a package, car part, for a repair appt. I was tracking, it says my package was delivered on 10/25, and placed in parcel locker. However, the key was put into someone else's mailbox. Now I have a missing package, no one ever answers the phone at the post office and I've missed the repair appointment due to the incompetence of these people.

I tried to track a package and it says I need an extension, went I click on the extension is says do not go there. I have tried to call and it is busy all the time

12/2017!!!!This location sucks!! They delivered my Christmas packages to wrong home LEARN TO READ!! my insurance claim check is lost so I'm not able to fix my home due to the storm!! What is up with these people!! Hire my competent workers!! They don't come to the door if u have certified letter they just put notices in the box!! Who does that ?? To dam lazy to get out the truck and deliver it!!

We are a business on Challenger Parkway and of course we have cluster boxes. We had a package that would not fit inside the slot and left a note on our box asking that the carrier stop by the front of our office and pick up a package. We never had any problem in the past but the present carrier said it was not his responsibility and we should wait for him at the cluster of mail boxes with the package - which is ridiculous. Lazy and inconsiderate.

if you need overnight next day priority mail you better stay with Fedex or UPS sent a package over night still has not showed up,

Trying for 4 days almost non-stop to reach this office at 407-273-6788. No-one will answer phone. Trying to schedule an appointment for passport at this particular location since it is the only location that will take appointments on Saturday.

just a quick note to praise my mail carrier brian rech. he has always shown me the utmost courtesy and politeness when we have been engaged in any interaction and has gone out of his way to bring me my mail when i was unable to retrieve it due to illness and injury.please keep up the professional attitude and service.

I have lived at my present address for MANY YEARS! I know I have a new Postman/woman because that person keeps sending back my mail. I am disabled (in a wheelchair) and cannot go to my mailbox everyday. I get someone to get it for me once a week or so. This has never been a problem before. If I had too much mail he would knock on my door and gave me my mail or put it in the big box so I could get the key from my box and use it to open the big box. I only got a piece of junk mail last week and today someone checked and there was NOTHING. My Doctor's office told me their bill was returned. This is just plain wrong!!! I have yet to get normal mail delivery is year.

I hate this post office, they never answer their phone, why have a phone if y'all ain't gonna answer it. I hope they shut you all down. Employees have attitude, why the hell you work there and you hate interacting with customers. Stupid people, I can't stand you employees!

Once again I mail my mail from the Alafaya location & once again ...it's lost. I gave up on the magic blue box outside the post office! Everything seems to disappear from there. I make a special trip to Walmart to by a manila envelope. I label it with the address & my return address in HUGE black letters, put a stamp on it, hand it to a postal employee. Then what? It's been 13 days -to go to Tallahassee? Same state!!! And even with a return address I never get my mail returned to me. Is there a black hole? I've finally learned my lesson...drive the distance to another post office!!!

I am trying to schedule for passport service and I called last week and no answer and I just called today as well and it rings rings rings and no answer. Seriously. I just sent a complaint to the passport agency.

AMEN!!! THE PHONE RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS!!! I'M VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE ALAFAYA/ORLANDO LOCATION. EVERY TIME I MAIL SOMETHING FROM THERE IT GETS LOST! FOR EXAMPLE, I MAILED A PAYMENT NOVEMBER 16, 2015 AND IT STILL HAS NOT APPEARED. I HAD MY RETURN ADDRESS ON IT. IT IS NOT THERE AND IT IS NOT HERE!!! I ACTUALLY TALKED TO SOMEONE AT AN 800 #, SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. SHE ASKED... WHAT'S MY TRACKING NUMBER. I DON'T HAVE ONE -IT'S EVERYDAY MAIL. SHE BLAMED IT ON THE HOLIDAYS. I MAILED IT NOV 16 -ITS ONLY GOING TO TALLAHASSEE!?!?!? SO, I BOUGHT BIG MANILA ENVELOPES, WROTE WITH GIGANTIC LETTERS, WALKED INTO THE POST OFFICE.....AND NOW JANUARY'S IS MISSING. SO, APPARENTLY I NEED TO STAND IN LINE AND PAY TO INSURE MY EVERYDAY MAIL GETS TO WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE!!!

I hope she cashed the checks so she will go to jail. Reported her just hope it helps looks like I am not the only one with a problem with her.

Mail delivery person must be a thief...did not deliver mail ordered from Amazon... said it was put on door step yea right, How do you do that through a six foot fence..now missing checks sent in the mail. The woman who is on my route is not doing her job. She needs fired. But post office doesn't care.

Worst post office ever. Rude, they never answer the phone. Mail delivery from this post office is horrible. I never receive mail on the right day mail delivery lady does not put mail in box she throws it on the ground in front of my box, important mail not delivered or dropped at the wrong address. Very bad service..too bad you can't call and report her because they do not answer the phone. She needs to be fired.

I have lived at my address since Dec. Half of my mail gets sent back. The tags for my truck have been sent back 2 x now. my power was shut off the first month i lived here because a letter was sent back. Can't get anyone to answer at the alafaya PO. They are not going to like it when I go down in person. As much as I hate Obama, you can't blame this on him. sounds like they need a new post master!!!!

At first I thought the commenters were trolling. But no, they are completely right. I just called to see and got no answer also and it never stops ringing. My normal mail man is a good guy. But this office is useless.

I HAVE CALLED THE PHONE NUMBERS FOR ALAFAYA P.O., IT JUST RINGS, TRIED ANOTHER NUMBER WHERE THE RECORDING COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ME, I KNOW WHAT P.O. I WANT, THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE TO THE RECORDING. HOW DO I REACH THE P.O.? I DID NOT START SHOUTING, JUST USED TO WRITING IN CAPS FOR WORK, BUT NOW I AM SHOUTING! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH, EVEN WHEN YOU KNOW THE HOURS, AND THE PHONE NUMBER. THIS IS QUITE DISCOURAGING, AND FRUSTRATING.
