I actually got through and talked to someone. You need keep calling especially late morning /early afternoon. They were very nice and helpful. Very accommodating and answered all my questions.

I am notified of the mail I will receive for each. 2 weeks ago on Jan 7, I was notified of mail from Farmers Ins. I have yet to receive it. Yesterday I should have had mail delivered, but nothing was delivered. How do I get this corrected

I cannot get access to my mail because I’m waiting for my key. It has been ten days and I was told it would take 3 days. I need access to my mail. No one answers the phone at the Annex.

They never answer the phone, the carriers don't deliver packages they always send back to sender. Laziness cause my address has been the same since 2016. Straight up horrible service.

No one answers the phone. My son was picking up the mail while I was out of town, and found a note in my box which stated mail was being held at this annex. He went to the annex to pick up mail and was told that the postal worker could not find my mail. I went two days later after returning home, and postal worker located my mail. However, I then found out that I had a check, which was sent to me , returned to sender, who called me and said the message from Post Office said that my box was vacant. I do not know if other mail has been misplaced.
