I want to give a huge thank you to Harriet at the College Park post office. We were visiting from NJ when we had a medical situation that required us to remain in FL. Our NJ post office was giving us a hard time about holding our mail past the 30 day limit, and that's when Harriet took charge. She personally called our P.O. and got all our mail sent down to the local P.O. She also took care of getting any additional mail forwarded to our temporary address. And to top it all off, she called me a week later to follow up and make sure that our mail was being forwarded. Wow. If the P.O. had a Harriet at every location, they'd have the best service ever! (And she's a sweetheart, to boot!) Thank you, thank you, thank you Harriet!!!
I have to give a big shout out to Allen F. At the College st Post office in Orange Park Fl for going above and beyond providing the best customer service ever . I have made several calls to that post office and have talked to staff and was also thankful for the good service provided. Thank you
