been calling for 2 months almost, and no one has answered my calls. my bag was return to this post office, and I move to NYC can go there in person and lost my tracking number. calling to get the bag return but no one answer. why they return my bag here and they didn't even call me to ask or let me know about this and I pay lot for this service.... now what is gonna happened with my bag. I need someone to get back to me. thank you.

This post office seems to ignore "hold mail" requests. I filled out a yellow card requesting that my mail be held until I returned from a trip, but while I was away I received information that packages were in fact delivered during the time I was away. I attempted to call an agent at the Lee Vista branch, but no one is picking up.

No one answers the phone and I can't get to a person with your automated system. My packages are not being delivered and at this point it's over 10 of them. You state that it has been delivered, but it hasn't and then I get a notification that it was unable to be delivered. I need to speak with someone about this ASAP because at this point you have cost me a few hundred dollars and a lot of hassle. Please email me as soon as possible. This needs to be resolved.

Arriba está mi correo electrónico por favor contactenme por qué no se que más hacer. Aparte de que uno tiene hablar con algunos empleados por qué poco tacto que tienen para bregar con público y no dejan ni que se explique uno es lo que ellos digan y punto. Good Afternoon. I hereby turn to the Lee vista postal mail generation. I've been trying for months to resolve the error with my physical and postal address, which is the same, I have come to you by email and I went to the office and I have no response. My correspondence continues to arrive to another address and I don't know what more time they need to solve that problem in the system. They did not respond to the last email when I told them that even a letter with my husband and my name was sent to the other address. I called the entities to rectify my address and in some places the address is fine but when you get to the mail they put the yellow sticker with the other address. They already leave the letters in the mailbox so that they can take them back and the postman leaves them there without returning them to the office. There’s a delivery driver who never delivers my mail from this location. He is rude & nasty to us. Also, you guys need to change your phone number or something.
