This office NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE !!! And they are quick to send a package back. Just super lazy it’s stressful dealing with them

been dealing with this post office for years. no one answers, when I go to pick up a pkg it's supposedly not there. about 2 years ago my mom's ashes were delivered to me and instead of bringing them to my door and I sign for her ashes they put it in a compartment for boxes and slipped the sign receipt in my mailbox at the apartment I was living in I really felt volated and and I felt my mom got viiolated the same way. then they yelled at me because I didn't sign for her ashes. and maiil it back. I just wish they would ANSWER their phone

Tracked my package and went to pick it up today at the post office at this location on Kirkman. The head man (inspector) looked up the tracking info and said your package was sent back. I said no it wasn’t because I’m looking at the tracking info. I told him to go check and he left! When I say left, I mean, left the post office/work. I found this out 40 mins later when I asked an agent to check for me to see what’s taking him so long! I asked the agent to check to see if my package was there and he was back with my package less than 5 minutes! The agents are friendly and very helpful. The problem is at the top. Need to get someone else in or promote one of the agents. He’s there for a paycheck!

You people never answer phone. Kirkman rd. Orlando fl. I got no mail delivery. On. Wed. July 18th. 4333 Woodtree Lane. Orlando, fl 32835a also my neighbor. No. Mail one. Letter to someone. Else. Who. Was on this. Route. Yesterday. Pretty stupid. Person needs. To. Be. Fired.

Terrible customer service, the delivery person lies about leaving slips and doesn't even bother to knock on the door, and when you call the office they take your name and never call back, and when you show up to pick up, the packages are not there. Its a shame, so many people that need jobs and these bad attitudes and unprofessional beings are taking the jobs of people who need them and deserve them.

These people stole my mom's christmas gift ... 2 days in a row we went to this office .. supervisor got our name and never called back.. i wonder why!!!! Merry Christmas theives!!!! Stay away from the kirkman post office

Depending on the letter carrier, your mail may go back as 'undeliverable' to who sent it. Gotta love that when they are account statements or packages that arrived perfectly until that point.

Been waiting to have a key cut for 3 weeks now and no one ever answers the phone. They're the worse.

The worst service. from the delivery to the office. It is hard when you have to deal with these guys for years and nothing improve or even get half way decent. No costumer services. It is a standard procedure for the mailman to drive around for days with your package, so you have to go with your pickup slip several times to the office to find out is not there yet. BTW. He wont even bother to knock your door. for the 20th times, The same issue over and over. great Job.
