The most worthless post office in the country. Left a Vacant green notice in our office mailbox. We wrote them a letter we still receive mail at that address. Also when I went to call the local number 850-747-4890, i redialed the number for 5 hours non stop and NO ONE ANSWERED!!!!
THE WORST POSTAL STATION EVER!!!

I ordered a package from Amazon and they handed it off to post office. The package seemed to get stuck somewhere. No movement for days. Then tracking says customer wants package held at post office. It doesn’t show which one. After trying for hours to contact someone we finally get an answer as to where but I want to know WHY ! Because I did not request package to be held !

Spoke with a gent at the Downtown PC office on 11/20/2015 qt 10:30 am to locate a package that was tracked and showed delivered. I just wanted info to find this pkg. Young man was very short abrupt, borderline straight up rude and I had to drag info out of him. He seemed angry that I even asked for the delivery details of my package. This attitude is one reason the USPS in in the shape it's in. I say just shut it down and let Fed Ex, UPS and local enterprises take over the delivery of mail.
