Your customer service at this post office SUCKS!!!
You have been open 16 min I have been calling and waiting for someone to answer the phone and no one has the decency to answer the phone the line!
Must be nice to have a job where you don't have to do anything not even to help customers!!
So I have been getting mail that belongs to neighbors of mine that live either two or three blocks away from my home I put a complaint never heard back from anybody other than a call saying oh we’re just reaching out concerning the phone call you made well that’s progress then come to find out I’m waiting on a package I wait for over three weeks and come to find out that it was returned back to the company that I requested the product from because it was delivered to the wrong address no wonder the post office is going out of business going broke you guys can’t seem to get any employees that work that knows exactly what Avenue / Way or Circle or Terrace is
apparently they really don’t know how to read addresses or street apparently COVID-19 is affecting brain cells you guys keep delivering mail to the wrong address I need to be put on your payroll since I’m the one delivering the mail for you
Today I was in this office chapel tray for investigate about my package with track number 9274890249332422814263
And they can’t give me a real answer I want to know where is my package because they don’t pay attention to my inquiry
