On July 6, 2023 I filed an application to forward my mail from my home address (1001 Colony Point Circle Apt 418, Bldg 5, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026) to 120 Cowie Road, Commack, NY 11725.......MY MAIL WAS NEVER FORWARDED. I have written to the Postmaster, dated 8/9/23 (12590 Pines Blvd) outlining ALL events and dates, WHERE IS MY MAIL THAT WAS NOT FORWARDED. I GET INFORMED DELIVERY AND HAVE A RECORD OF ALL MY MAIL.....IT HAS TO BE AT LEAST 40 PIECES OF MAIL. FYI THE COMMACK POST OFFIE ADVISED ME TO CANCEL THE FORWARDING AND MAIL WILL BE HELD AT THE PINES BLVD LOCATION. ON 9/5/23 MY DAUGHTER PICKED UP MY MAIL AND TOLD AN AGENT TO START DELIVERING MAIL.....NO MAIL HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO DAT.E. I HAVE BEEN TAKING SURVEYS (AT LEAST 3 MAKING COMPLAINTS ABOUT NO FORWARDING OF MY MAIL.....WHO READS THEM.....NO ONE CALLED....NOTHING. IF I CAN SUE THE POST OFFICE I WOULD. AGAIN.....WHERE IS MY MAIL THAT WAS NOT FORWARDED.
I am not happy with the services are provided by usps. USPS is not providing the services for what we pay.i send on 12/18/17 to get not later of12/23/7 from 10471 to 33026.
I had a certified letter I was trying to pick up at the Flamingo Branch this morning. When I arrived at the branch Mireya couldn't locate the letter, she said she would call me, when I didn't hear from her I contacted the branch spoke to John who said he was a supervisor. The man needs to be relieved of his position. What a bad attitude, what poor service. I hope I never have to step in that PO again.
