I mailed a bill on 3/4/23 and it did not arrive in Dallas until 3/15/23. I am being charged a late fee for my payment being 2 days late. I call the Tippin office in Pensacola. Said I would be helped by next available. Rang til I was cut off. Call Jordan St. Rang til I was cut off. Called the 800 number. Told it would be 16-24 minutes. After over 35 minutes, I get a recording with a survey. A human never answered . This is zero customer help. How do you stay in business?
I'm not sure what they have going on a Jordan street but was visiting with some friends yesterday and one of the employees Ruthie Odom was her name stopped by and wife and I couldn't believe with this employee was telling people that were there. She told us that she smokes weed all day and even takes alcohol drink to work while on the clock. someone spoke up and ask does the post office drug test you? She said yes but there's pills out there that you can pass the drug test with and she began to tell us how to pass a drug test and that she had just got a new position I believe she said she made career and that they needed workers too bad they wouldn't fire her no matter what so she could do anything she wanted to do and if they fired her she would sue because she had hurt her shoulder she began to tell that she made $25 an hour I believe and I just thought it was very inappropriate for employee of the United States Post Office to be telling this kind of information to a mixed crowd of people. My wife and I was very upset and just pleased with this Behavior I thought some should be done about it. I have called to try to make a report and can't seem to get the right person
I have overnighted a package three times with guarantee to arrive at destination by noon next day and never received my package until 2 days later!! I don't know why they even have this service if they will never do it!!
RE: Tippin Avenue Post Office - Pensacola, FL
I attempted to mail a package on Tuesday Oct 15 at approximately 4pm and found about 40 people in line and only 2 windows open for service. I returned Wednesday, Oct 16 to attempt to mail my package again. I arrived at the post office at 8:38am and found approximately 20 people in line in the lobby and the post office service desk area not yet open for business. The hours on the door clearly state the customer service area should open at 8am. There is obviously a management issue at this location that needs to be addressed.
UPS guy says it's Jordan St.
P'cola USPS has lost every general piece of mail sent to this hick town.
Go 'Snowbird' somewhere else or use a friends address in 'c/o'...
