I need my packages that I paid for delivered to my residence immediately. By not delivering packages you are basically stealing. Absolutely horrible service a package was supposed to be delivered on Friday where I receive multiple packages from FedEx from UPS as well as from USPS on the USPS remarks they stated no such address I attempted to call them 109 times the phone was answered twice or they immediately hung up. I am a disabled veteran and absolutely under no circumstances should somebody not do their job can you Magine that if we is veterans did not do our job where will we be right now. And just sweat this was a piece that I desperately needed so that I could drive a car as I am wheelchair-bound thank you for returning the part to sender

Worst post office I've ever used. They randomly don't deliver my mail and then won't answer the phone EVER. You have to physically go there and PRAY you get one of the nice people that will actually help you--I've heard there is one, but haven't met them yet. Their 2 day delivery is now 10-14 days, if it actually gets delivered (which is a 50/50 shot), but they still charge the two day rate (with NO GUARANTEES). I've gone so far as to use UPS for EVERYTHING I send now because this post office is completely unreliable and INCREDIBLY rude and incompetent. USPS should be abolished. What a joke.

Nobody answers the phone. It is very frustrating. I've been calling for two days now, multiple times a day. We manage over 300,000 square feet of commercial space in Pompano Beach. How are we suppose to assist our tenants and citizens of Pompano Beach if they are not responsive. 0 stars! Have some integrity in your business please! I cant imagine they will ever read or respond to this message either.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Have been trying to call there for 3 days!! No one ever answers the phone. They incorrectly scanned my package and now it is lost!! What kind of US post office does not answer the phone and even with tracking # has no idea where the package is!!

The light skin black male with dreads wearing a gucci mask was rude to all the customers during closing time at 2 pm on saturday. He continued ranting bad about his co-workers and the establishment. He was also threatened to slap the people that were at the door as they were walking away. He spoke inappropriately to a female guest while tending to her. Corporate needs to step in asap. His behavior is unacceptable.

I am not happy that they have closed off the post office mailbox just outside the side door and make everyone park and go inside to mail a letter. It sure saved a lot of time. I guess people are just too lazy to pick up the mail from the mailbox.

My regular mailman, Sid, is just wonderful, and I've never had any problems with his deliveries. His replacements on his days off are another matter.... I dread the day Sid retires!

One out of three postal workers at the desk was properly wearing a mask today. One had none another wore it under her nose and one was properly wearing it. There are no pens at the desks and no hand sanitizer. This is very poor administrative efforts. People are at risk.

I WAS WAITING A PACKAGE AT MY HOME, MY SON, FRIEND, GRANDDAUG AND ME INSIDE HOME ALL DAY LONG AND A PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SIGN TO RECEIVE WAS NOT DELIVERED BECAUSE4 THE GUY DID NOT CAME OR KNOCK THE DOOR, JUST LEFT THE "SORRY WE MISSEED YOU..." my mailis delivered to the wrong house, or not at all. I have been getting calls from bill collectors saying why haven't I sent in the payment. NEVER RECEIVED A Bill, yesterday a neighbor brought my mail to me an important paper,I have been to the post office twice to report lost packages

Worst post office ever !! Last time I received mail delivery was over a week ago and it belonged to another address. Constantly getting other people’s mail, which we leave in our box for USPS to pick up again. I can only imagine where my mail is. Tried calling 4 times so far today, they don’t even bother answering. I think it’s time to change some employees out.

So i went to the post office yesterday 12/20 for a gift i was told that was placed at my door said they attempted to leave package 12/11 but was not my normal driver i was not home so she brought it back to the post office (SMART WOMEN) then my normal driver brought it and left it at my front door... Now i don't live in the best place and it was stolen... the nice lady at the desk on 12/20 was amazing went above and beyond to find it but when she called the driver the driver said she had left it there... The lady asked me if i wanted my packages dropped off if no one was there i said no please bring them back here i have no problem coming to pick them up.... Now i understand not everyone feels the same way ... After e-mailing the company and telling them they told me sorry they said it was delivered... so i call back to the post office to speak with someone after the 3rd time calling someone answered and when i explained what was going on he was very rude and had the attitude of i don't care... not my problem you should have done this and that not our problem when i asked to talk to a manager he said one wasn't in and he was the supervisor (LMFAO) I asked so supervisors answer phones ha nice try buddy i work in a call center i know this game he kept cutting me off as i spoke with his info.... I said make sure there is a note on my address DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES... HE TOLD ME HE COULDN'T but yet the lady yesterday suggested we note this... MOST COMPLAINTS ON HERE ARE FOR THE SAME THING....

The homeless loiter outside during the day& sleep in the lobby at night.There is one woman that is especially vulgar and threatening. I am now afraid to go to the post office to pick up my mail after hours, which means I have to take off work to get my mail. Also, has there been a change regarding policy on picking up mail from the home mail box? I have had letter a letter to go out hanging out the mail slot for 3 days and it has not been picked up. The carrier actually had to remove it from the slot to put my mail in and then replace it in the same position.

it's been two weeks and the recipient in this area still not gotten my extremely urgent mailing. Causing such a holdup and I see no wonder why plenty of customer complaints. I wish this branch please get moving with what I mailed!
