I mailed a payment from this location on April 3rd. It did not arrive iat its destination in Arizona until May 26th. This caused the account to go past due and incur a late fee.

This post office recently installed a new mail deposit box. Two problems with it. First box opening is so high can hardly insert outgoing mail. Second there is no pickup times displayed on box

I am a new resident at Saint Johns County, Beach Walk (El Dorado Community) zip-code 32259. One of the community mailbox is missing a security lock device for more than 3 weeks. The mail can not be delivery in this main mail box due security issues. I highly advice the Post Master in this area to look into this issue of security. Basically the Post Office need to put a work order for a “Lock Smith” to fix this issue.

This has to be the worst post office ever. I had a package state as delivered to mailbox 9 days ago, no package. I have been attempting to contact this post office, and do understand it is a busy season, but the phone now only rings if I block my phone number, seems like the blocked my number to accept calls? Ridiculous. No one answers the phones anyways there and every time I have been in person, they are not nice.

Terrible. I split time between FL and another state. They never honor the hold mail requests and signal to the world that I am out of town. Sometimes they even leave my mailbox open so everyone can see inside and mail gets wet.

Live in RiverTown, and our carrier is the worst postal carrier I have ever had. Mail misdelivered almost every day, including prescription drugs. Can the carrier read? My husband has watched other people helping the carrier sort mail into the mail kiosk boxes. Is this allowed? Looks like perhaps family members... Every day neighbors are delivering misdelivered mail to each other. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am told by other neighbors that this has been going on since before COVID. Please advise if USPS even cares about service.

Hello, I dropped by Sunday evening and was unable to place in the package bin a small box. The bin was jammed. I went by again early Monday around 6:50 AM and the bin was still jammed and there was no change from the night before. Wouldn't an USPS employee arrive before 7 AM and proceed to fix this? This is a continual problem at your Post Office Branch. PLEASE ADVISE.

Worst postmaster I have ever dealt with. Put my change of address in 2 weeks before I moved and still sent my mail to my old address. Always had my mail going to my neighbors instead of my mailbox. Worthless can't read an address.

The Post Office is in a great location, but the package drop off box is always full. If you look at a map, this post office services a large area and with many businesses and professionals shipping items in our area, it is frustrating. This is especially a problem on the weekends. Please redesign the package drop off bin so we can drop off packages at our post office. I hate using other services because your bin is full.

Our USPS postal carrier Charles has not delivered the Westminster mail to our campus post office since the onset of COVID. He won't wear a mask to be screened and says his union supports him. What a time saver for him and USPS that we have to do his job. This is shameful and unprofessional. All USPS employees should wear a mask if they're going to be within 6' of people. Of course the mask can come off while driving and while delivering to mailboxes. Ridiculous for civilians to be doing the job of USPS.

I have noticed our packages put in the package bin are not picked up daily. I Put a package in there Monday July 27th at 10:30 AM and it was not picked up until Wednesday July 29th at 6:30 PM. I am referring to the NW St.Johns Branch Post Office. This happens frequently.
