Your food drive postcard doesn't give enough information. It specifically says that "Bag healthy, non-perishable food items and place near your mailbox. Your letter carrier will do the rest!" Since our mail doesn't come early, and I expected the letter carrier, I assumed I had enough time to place it near the mail box, but of course you came for the food way earlier then when you deliver the mail, as my neighbor explain, some people and their kids jumped out and came to get what he had placed outside, So, since they were not obvious postal carriers I am sitting here now worried that the postal carrier will not pick up these food items. It is very hot outside, and non-parishable food even in cans getting too hot is not safe or good. You should be more specific about who (if volunteers) are to come, as it is still not appropriate to have strangers on the property, there are liability issues to consider as well as leaving your postal recipients without all the information. I will not donate again in the future because you take no responsibility in your own mailing as exampled by the deliberate lack of answering the phone for 1/2 hours straight today 05-10-25 from 11:30 to 12:00pm no less than 20 times I called and let the phone ring without an answer. Yes; now you know who it was.
Thanks for having me go through the trouble so you could leave it sit here. Ms. Osbon
Mail card to forward mail still not in play. Been over a week. No one answers the phone.
Mail piling up at a house is an indicator for thieves. These forward my mail cards should be a priority.
10 people waiting in line at 8:30 am on Monday 11/6/23 which was the posted time for opening (not counting the ones that gave up and left) everyone waited patiently thinking the sign was wrong and it would open at 9am. Finally at 9:20am after people banging on the door, someone came out and said there was a problem and they would open in another 30 minutes. Why did it take an hour for someone to come out and tell everyone there was a problem? Total lack of customer service and disregard for the customers. This is inexcusable. If they put a sign on the door at 8:30 we would have been understanding.
