Postal Locations

Mail card to forward mail still not in play. Been over a week. No one answers the phone. Mail piling up at a house is an indicator for thieves. These forward my mail cards should be a priority.

10 people waiting in line at 8:30 am on Monday 11/6/23 which was the posted time for opening (not counting the ones that gave up and left) everyone waited patiently thinking the sign was wrong and it would open at 9am. Finally at 9:20am after people banging on the door, someone came out and said there was a problem and they would open in another 30 minutes. Why did it take an hour for someone to come out and tell everyone there was a problem? Total lack of customer service and disregard for the customers. This is inexcusable. If they put a sign on the door at 8:30 we would have been understanding.

Please post when the post office will be open again after construction. Checked online and it said that you were open. Thank you.

Euclid branch in St.Pete.,FL does not respond to phone calls. We did not get our mail after a stop. Calling to find out where our mail is. What good is a phone number if no one answers?
