I called your contact number, 727-327-8469, three times today... rings and rings but get no answer. I called the post office on 16th street, and someone picked right up. That said, they would not/could not answer my question. I'm on an association HOA board, in Tierra Verde, and we want to repaint our exterior, cluster-style mailboxes; we need to know if the Post Office will allow us to do this, can we repaint our mailboxes? Are there any rules we need to know about? I was told, by the individual at the other post office I needed to get these answers from Gulf winds, but you don’t answer your phone. Please advise concerning my repaint questions. Thank you!

We are tired of or Postal Delivery person constantly hitting our bricks and dislodging them
He is lazy. Numerous times he has not come to the door when he has needed to to give us a special piece of mail

I have used this post office many times as it is the closest to my home. I've always found the service exemplary. The employees have been friendly, efficient, and helpful. That's why it is my "go to" Post Office!
I don't understand why you do not process packages delivered by UPS to a PO BOX the same day it arrives? This to me is pure laziness, I paid for this package to be delivered on time to me and it was by UPS but the workers are too lazy to process packages delivered by UPS the same day. I witnessed 2 employees messing around trying to fix a scale or something ( a supervisor and a counter employee ) when they could be processing packages delivered by UPS. This place needs a NEW supervisor who cares about the customers. Shame on you for being lazy and NOT processing packages the same day from UPS. UPS needs to know you do not process their packages the same day.
