Here’s a thought. Either answer the phone when people call or disconnect it all together. Since the phone is never answered what’s the point of having it. I have called on no less then 10 occasions to track what happened to my hold mail (I got one flyer after being gone for a week) and no one has ever answered. Hard for me to believe that’s all I got after being gone 7 days. At least act like you care.
Hands down this is the worst post office we've ever had to deal with. Mail is consistently being delivered to the wrong addresses in this community. On numerous occasions we have physically gone to this post office location to try to find out where our mail or package is and we always get some lame excuse. And they never find our mail/ package. We signed up for " Informed Delivery" and this doesn't work either! We send in a notice thru your system that mail was not delivered and no one ever even responds to the message we sent!
Maybe some could be courteous enough to contact us because with the price of gasoline these days we don't want to drive there again which will end up in an unsatisfactory response!

Incompetent, lack of training and could care less attitude. Ask for all mail to be on hold starting Wednesday April 6 through Friday April 8, 2022, as community road is being repaved. The mail truck arrived Wednesday the 6th. Was very unpleasant with road crew to move the equipment so mail could be delivered. Do NOT ENTER THE PADDOCKS, KARA CHASE, today or Friday. Resume mail Saturday April 8th. The Glengarry Post Office never answers their phone. I call this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Incredibly incompetent with severe lack of training top-to-bottom and seemingly “could care less” attitudes. On average 3 days per week mail delivered to wrong addresses and GFL putting mail on “vacation” hold. Zero follow up from supervisors resolving missing mail and packages and Priority Mail registered as “Delivered.” Typical government “clock punchers.”
This post office is absolutely awesome. They are there to help and move the line quickly. If the line isnt moving it's not the employees fault it's the unprepared and negative customers. I've seen real nasty customers so please quit blaming the post office and employees. They are the best to me they are a 10 star rating. Thank u for your hard work and good service you give
Worse than amateur hour. This post office is so poorly managed that there should be a way to file criminal charges against them for fraud. They are posing as a Post Office, but are not doing the job of a Post Office. This is an example of how poorly we are being served by our Federal Government.
For 15 years now, I've not received some of my mail, this PO delivers it to another address.....and theirs to mine! 15 years.....with no corrections, no improvement....after a zillion complaints and written comments......they still get it wrong! Frustratingly angry in Sarasota!
Stole money! The mail carrier left an envelope for postage due on a small package. I put the money in the envelope and left it. The next day, the envelope was gone and I never received my package. My mailbox is locked and only accessible by myself and the mail carrier.
This guy is a crook! The phone at the post office keeps ringing with no answer.
This post office has issues. I received notice of package to be delivered only for the next notice to say undeliverable. Upon calling Glen Gary office and after several delivery attempts, it was said to be put on the wrong mail truck. Now again having the same issue on another package called in and JC answered the phone and was not polite at all. I tried to explain that maybe on the wrong truck she interrupted me and said I have to put you on hold other line wringing. Came back said she has to check with carrier stay on hold please. Came back said there was a substitute carrier and he didn't know what house to deliver to and hung up. I understand very busy but this office is unacceptable in the way they handle things. And it doesn't seem like anyone cares.
Our packages being left in a plastic bag hanging from the exterior of a mailbox is unacceptable. Stop being lazy and bring them to the door and leave them under covered area like Fedex and UPS does. Also can you at least TRY to get our packages to their destination when they are suppose to.
What is it going to take to get my business' mail picked up on a Saturday? Who do I need to talk to get to this straightened out? I have Express envelopes and packages that STILL haven't been picked up, two days later. There are SERIOUS operational and personnel issues with this branch. My only hope is that it is shuttered and that our business gets tacked on to another location. If I can help in that effort, I'm all IN.
Live in Belle Brooke Estates on 05/13/17 no mail delivery or pick up by 6:10 pm. When we do get delivered does not close mailbox. This is not hard to do.....
8/29/16 9:40 PM.....Sadly our carrier has not delivered the mail in our subdivision Bell Brooke Estates. Although we have been trained to NEVER expect delivery before 4:30 and usually 5:00 to 6:30, after 9:00 is unacceptable. We are apparently at the end of her route so I guess we get what we get. You can do better than this...
