They won't pick up their phone. I've tried over 10 times and it keeps hanging up on me. Not one person to answer a call. I called the 1-800, same thing. Yes, USPS needs an overhaul. I can't even talk to anyone about my issue. I can't believe this. Wish I had their job, just ignore the phones.
The New mail drop boxes are too far from the curb. You have to get out of your car to put the mail in. What's the point of that? Why didn't any check that? Please respond to my emal.
1st message - stay on line and call will be answered by next available agent. 2nd message- call is being transferred to the operator. After about 10 rings, the line goes busy and then cuts me off. Tried 4 times between 8:30 and 9 am. What is the problem?
I have been calling this post office all day, every time they pick up I am put on hold. I have for the 3rd time been left on hold for more than 30 minutes. This time it has been an hour on hold... literally an hour , there is NO WAY they can't have time to answer a call in an hour. Absolutely unacceptable. I am leaving the phone on speaker just to see how long they will leave it on hold.
I travel Dale Mabry several days a week, why are the grounds not maintained? On the inside of the fence there are branches down, plants over grown, trash against the fence and the grass needs attention. Please take pride in our neighborhood!
Today I had one of the most unpleasant experiences ever at this location. I went to the postal office next door to my place to send a piece of local mail. I asked the attendant that I needed to send one please of mail and get $5 dollar worth of stamps. On my way out, I noticed I had been charged to my debit card. I went back in and ask the attendant for an explanation and he replied that was $55 for a roll of stamps and the cost for the delivery of the letter. The Attendant argued that I had asked for a roll of stamps. He commanded me to input my card back to credit the amount, however, what he did was charged me $55. in money orders because he could not reverse the charge. The attendant had a very inappropriate attitude right from the start that showed a lack of customer service training and a lack of supervision.

I issued 2 requests last month by Yellow post card and form on PO website. All sent to 33618.
Health issues are preventing our travel to Tampa until January 5, 2021. Please help.
