I contacted the post office in Vero Beach because an Amazon order let me know the package was delivered to my mailbox. However, I’ve never received it. I received a phone call from the post office that went into voicemail. I immediately returned the call, however it was an automated system who was transferring me to an operator. It rang three or four times and disconnected. This happened several times. Please email me as to how to rectify the situation

After attempting unsuccessfully several times to extend mail hold on line and then calls to Main Post Office with no answer, I was fortunate to speak with MIKE at the Downtown ost office. He responded to my request with no hesitation and informed was sending email to Main Post office. I am grateful that he was able to meet my request within a few short minutes after a few hours with no success. Mike was pleasant, courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you!

I live in a 6 unit apartment building. We are ALL having trouble with the current postperson and her subs. Mail is bunched up inside the boxes, to the point you cant even get the door open. Three days ago, I put three bills out for her to collect. She has ignored them for three days! Today, the letters were still there, and I posted a note on the box about it. She had also put MY mail in someone elses's box. And this happens quite a lot. I have noticed that almost ALL of the delivery postpeople are always talking on their cell phones. How can you do a good job if you are on your phone??? This should not be allowed, IMO. The man we had 5 years ago was super good. And the woman after that was great, too. She always knew my name, we chatted about things and if I got a lot of mail she brought it to my door. But after her, service has gotten poor. Ann Elliot 724 18th Place, Apt 3 Vero Beach
