Postal Locations

for years I was getting paper at the chevyron station at corner of military trail and north lake blvd. they were always there by 4:45 am. now they don't even get delieved? please tell me why?

Complaint about stolen mail: I mailed a birthday card with a check to my granddaughter last week and put the envelope into the drive-through mail box at the DT West Palm Beach, Clematis Street Post Office. Today (9/9/21) I received the empty envelope back with the card and $100 bill missing. The postage stamp was still on the envelope but had not been stamped for processing. Apparently someone removed the contents before the mail was even processed. Have you had other thefts from this mailbox at this post office? I would like to hear back because at this point I can no longer trust the Postal Service at the downtown West Palm Beach office. Please advise. Thank you.

I have been going to the Clematis Street Post Office for many years to drop off my business mail. I am sick and tired of standing in line from 2:30-5:00 with many many other people doing the same thing. There is always only one clerk working! That clerk needs help! People become irritated just waiting their turn. The manager is not helpful. Please can you put an additional clerk on during the later hours of the post office? Thank you.
