Dear Ms. Hill,
9/3/24 I sent a letter to Tampa Florida via Certified mail with a Return Receipt.
9/7/24 I received the Return Receipt, and the card was not signed or dated. Needless to say I was not happy. Could the recipient claim the letter was not received.
9/16/24 I noticed the card was missing the information I needed for proof of receipt.
9/17/2024 I made a trip to the post office and wanted to speak to a supervisor. A young, woman of color with a large frame asked if she could help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She asked why. I responded concerning a letter I mailed. She asked me to wait. I asked if it was possible to sit while I waited and pointed to the darkened room where I could see chairs. She informed me that was the passport room and walked away.
I stood there for a while and my legs started to cramp when another postal worker named Barbara Huggins walked by and noticed me and asked if someone was helping me. I told her yes and asked if it were possible to sit while I waited. She asked me to wait and she opened a door to the passport office and allowed me to sit. She asked me if she could help, and I told her my problem.
She took my paperwork and came back with answers for me. Apparently, the PO clerk in Tampa should have gotten the signature and date but neglected to do so. She apologized to me and brought paperwork to refund the $4.10.
The difference between the postal workers was day and night. The first knows nothing about customer service, while Ms. Huggins went above and beyond what was expected. She had patience and understanding for senior citizens. Bottom line she was a God send to me and is a credit to the postal service. I don't know her salary but can confidently say it's not enough.
Please take the time to acknowledge her kindness to me. There is a senior citizen in WPB that appreciates her.

INCREDIBLE!!! After having my appointment to make my daughter's passport on Monday, April 22 at 1:15pm, I received a call in the morning of the same day from a private number canceling the appointment at HAVERHILL BR POST OFFICE
3900 N Haverhill Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417. when I asked for a reason, they just tell me "We Can Not Do It Today". It is UNACCEPTABLE.
I can't get the packages out of the mail box that is a community box where a key is put in your box from the large box with your package. The keys are not numbered so you can read it. When you find the right box, it doesn't matter because the bag was shoved in and the key won't turn to open the box. Who do I go to do I can get my package????? The HOA says we on the box but the post office owns the lock. There's nothing they can do.
I had an altercation yesterday, Sunday 2/26 at 2:30pm in front of my home in Via Palm Lakes, West Palm Beach. I asked the Carrier to move his truck because he parked it in front of my garage, he told me I could pull out and go around him or I could wait. He then walked past me and was talking incoherently and aggressively so I asked him if he was talking to me and he proceded to verbally threaten me. At first I felt angry that someone, wearing a gov't uniform and driving a gov't vehicle would be acting like that and I tried to take a picture of the back of the truck. He said it wouldn't matter because they got into different vehicles every day, I then became fearful that he was coming after me and I went into my garage. By the way I'm 5'3 and a 65yr old female. I can't reach a person at the PO and I work full time. I will keep reporting this because I fear he has mental issues and might harm someone.

No one ever answers the phone at this location (Haverhill Br). I am a thousand miles away and need to speak with someone regarding the GPS location of a delivery scan that my customer is saying was not delivered in her mailbox. Are scans done when item is delivered or when leaving po?

I haven't received mail for way over a week and i am waiting for my mail that the us postal service said it was being delivered, I have email notifications, I have been waiting for very important mail,. I am and my Family are completely dissatisfied with the service, the postal service is not the way it used to be, it is now a service I can not be proud of, and that is a shame.. I just want my mail, I was also informed that i can not go to the post office to pick up my mail, what the hell is that? no more pride in the postal service. Or their employees.
Was excited to apply for a US passport after getting my US citizenship. This Post Office sent the application to the WRONG address. A good Samaritan who got our application called us and fixed the problem. Staff here are irresponsible.
I tried 3 times to call this Postal Office only to have the automated system providing me info on how to get assistance. The phone rang several times and then the call was disconnected. I tried to take care of my problem without having to physically come to the office. Please fix this matter, either allow a msg to be delivered or the option to ask for online assistance.
I am trying to get a hold of someone to help me with a delivery that was never received.by the address where it was sent. When I check on the tracking #, it says it is being held, at the customers request. They never requested anything like that. Where is their package? Worst post officer ever. Customer service is horrible, especially this one clerk who kept running back and forth from behind the counter to the counter with the cards by the front door. She doesn't know how to speak to customers; her attitude and tone are displeasing. She needs to take time off if she has personal problems. She is very rude. I will never revisit this location. Too bad I didn't get her name, she has short hair, African American, fair complexion, an older lady about 5" 5" or 5" 4". The clerks are so slow, every time I visit this location, the line is extremely long. I'm so sick of this post office. I have been to other locations such as Riviera Beach and congress avenue, they are friendly, always provide excellent services, and they know how to be flexible and keep the line going. There's always someone walking around trying to assist in keeping the crowd in control.
When is Wellington Section of Century Village West palm getting pregular postman? Mail person has to be careful to make sure that they put mail in correct box
I’m not getting packages that fit in my mailbox. There’s no reason a delivery attempt should be missed or incomplete when the postman doesn’t even have to knock on my door to deliver. I get emails from amazon after the post office is closed stating a delivery was just attempted, but didn’t see a soul attempt a thing. I stay home waiting for my packages and nothing ever comes. I have never received 4 packages.
It is impossible to get in touch with anyone and follow-ups to my complaints have been complete cop outs. “We’re sorry this happened, sucks for you, try to get a refund, thanks for telling us...not that we plan to do anything but it’s nice to know.” How is this acceptable?
Try to receive a package that fit in the mailbox these days with scarecrow outhere... 🤬

We were waiting on my daughter's wedding dress to be delivered the week of June 3rd. It was like pulling teeth to have the girl put the dress in the mail. My mom waited at the house for delivery daily. The mailman NEVER delivered the dress or put a green slip in mailbox to have it picked up at the post office. Instead the box/dress was returned to the sender which causes a refund and possibly loss of her wedding dress!!! I've tried to call this Haverhill post office five times this morning 6/10/19. I was disconnected and/or the line went from ringing to busy. I am extremely disappointed in the USPS again!!!
To follow up the girl was dishonest and never put the dress in the U S mail as she said she did not once but twice. I love my mail carriers! They do a great job!!!
But BEWARE of others like where UPS leaves your packages... they delivered the real delivery of her wedding dress to a neighbor's house (WRONG ADDRESS) who claimed the package then hid it in his house. It was almost a fist fight because of his dishonesty and UPS error. The neighbor even opened her wedding dress. When calling for assistance from UPS it was close to impossible to talk with anyone in the country. Finally, UPS used GPS to locate the box and that's how I met the new neighbor (a thief). I wanted a police report, but contacting a consecutive person or the Riveria site at UPS is impossible. UPS did not provide any relief for the dirt on her dress, but we were so relieved to finally have it...

I am having a horrible time getting through to someone at the Haverhill post office. My mother Blanche Rotman and I own 342 Wellington H at Century Village. I cannot find a key to the mailbox. Where can I purchase a mailbox key before the closing of the condo which is this Friday. Please help as soon as possible
I’m very disappointed at the US postal service in WPB area. In summit Blvd which is one of the main centers there was only one worker tending to to smile long line while there was over five workers doing absolutely nothing on the postal side because there were no customers waiting on line. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF TAX MONEY. Where are their supervisors that are not doing their job??? I’m appalled and was told to go to another place or make an appointment as half of those people weren’t going to be seen today! When I tried to call the other P.O. to make appointment and was unable to because nobody picked up the phone. Totally ridiculous!
Nokomis, FL on 1/13/16. As of 1/19/16 I have not received delivery of this Priority Mail pack. It was sorted and placed out for delivery on 1/16/17 at 9:07 am - so where is it? None answers the phone and I cannot get to the Post Office to inquire personally without being directed to the tracking machine. I am wondering what is going on with my delivery?
I have been trying to contact this post office to schedule an appointment for a passport for 5 days, calling at least 10 times a day and the phone just rings and rings then I get disconnected. What is the trick to getting someone to answer the phone?????
I would like to complaint regarding the attitude of MABLE this morning, very rude attitude and discriminatory comment: She think immigrant here doesn't know how to write English, i was offended and embarrassed with so many people lining up behind me' she told me to Write the paper in English... What shes thinking of me, uneducated ASIAN. We have more educated number of people compare to your color MABLE. you need more training for customer services. We pay our shipping cash... unlike in your color goes to hospital with no insurance. even obamacare doesn't know how to fill the form, majority of your color comes to department store, hospital or restaurant. smell like a rotten rat. but we never discriminate this people because we treat them with respect and human being.; i hope the manager of post office in Haverhill and Roebuck will pay attention of this. MABLE you need to look yourself on the mirror before you have to make a comment.
