I received political bumper stickers in my mailbox today which were separate and bore no postage. Since this is illegal I wanted to alert the postmaster. Valencia Lakes is a gated community so a resident may have delivered the items but given concerns with Covid19, the current political environment, and violation of federal law I felt compelled to report the improper usage of the local mailboxes.

I went to your post office to get information and was told by the desk clerk that I had to have a Florida state licence or ID. to get one. Please update your employees that I do not have to be a state resident to get a passport, as long as I have the right documents, I can get a passport in any state. Thank You

I received a letter from United Airlines, was supposed to receive a check and a voucher, the letter was opened. I am going to contact the airline to verify if the check was sent to me. Not too long ago I received a package from my Mom from PR and the package was all messed up, is not the first time we been receiving open and damage mail. I will make a formal complaint.

This web page identifies a Fax number for wimauma and uses the same number in a side note for scheduling a passport session. Is this correct? Can the same number serve two different functions?

One package, tracking # 92612909837293541475627210 was listed as "out for delivery" but was not delivered. I visited the P.O. with a copy of the online tracking information. A form was produce and I was asked to write my name and phone number on it; then told that the postmaster would followup by phone. No call or notification of any kind has been received. For that reason, a formal complaint with USPS was filed.

A package was jammed into my mail slot so tightly that in order to remove it, we had to unwrap the package inside the mail slot and use tools to extricate it. Unacceptable ESPECIALLY when, at these community center mailboxes, we have LARGE DROP BOXES the carriers can access with a key to place large items into for the postal customer to retrieve. What kills me is that it took effort to jam this oversize package into this tiny mail slot in the first place. Way to go postal workers!! I tried calling the 33598 post office branch to complain and no one answers the phone. I called three different times. Guess I gotta leave work to go sometime.

On friday your system showed that two packages: 9274890158157614785430 and My medication in package 9274890158157614785430 were delivered to our mailbox. I saw the mail person deliver and I went to get the mail right away. These two packages were NOT in the mailbox. My medication was important. Please look into this situation for me. On Saturday 07-08-17 I received a flat mailer that was 8 1/2 by 11 inches that was completely open on one side. The contents were missing. I am not sure where the theft happened along the way, however I find it unfathomable that the replacement carrier put it in our mailbox where it was picked up by myself in less than 15 min. The package has NO sticker showing any signs that the delivery person may or may not have known about the empty package. What are we going to do about this. I do expect a prompt reponse. Thank you.

I'm having an issue with package deliveries. I don't have a mailbox at the end of the driveway, my subdivision has the large boxes with a dozen or so mailboxes accessible by key. There are 2 large boxes for package delivery at the bottom, and a key is left to access it. The issue is that the key they leave doesn't work. I have had two deliveries now I have not been able to retrieve without calling the post office and having them tell the carrier to drop it at my door the next day. This is absolutely unacceptable. The representative I talked to on the phone the first time mentioned that the key won't be replaced, even though it is obviously damaged. This baffled me, it effectively makes that boxes useless and causes a hassle to any customer that needs it. This needs to be corrected immediately.

I am having a problem with the person delivering my mail fully closing the door on my mail box. There are times when I go to check my mail and the door is open half to all the way open. When big trucks go by the wind will pull the door open if not latched. The lady that used to live next door said she saw some of her mail on the side of the road on several occasions. I haven't seen that but if it had been on the ground and blew away I wouldn't know about it. I would appreciate it if the door was fully closed. Not sure but I don't believe this happens when the regular lady that delivers here leaves the mail.
