Postal Locations

Wrote up a hold mail card a week or two ahead then taped mailbox shut. The mail failed to stop on the day requesting. Then when I came home removed tape and no mail came even with the flag up can't villa get it right. Outrageous..

This makes my third time of making contact about my packages not coming.I do sampling and I receive items thru the mail some are not worth that much but then again some are worth 300. But it should not matter I should receive them no matter what. But it always seem to get better after I contact the office but goes back to not receiving my packages again. If this cannot get work out I will try and contact the main office instead of going local. I just don't understand why this is such an issue for the postal service..From what I read in the comments I'm not the only one having this problem.

Once again in one month a package that reflected delivered was not. Again. my tracking history for a package shows it was delivered on Sat 12/12 yet there was no package in the mailbox. The tracking number is 9374889751009010077746. Please place a trace on this package. Thank you

Moved to our new place on January 25. Did a forwarding order few weeks before. Was expecting packages to be delivered to the new address and got an email saying they were being forwarded-to the previous owners address up north. The guy told the postman ALL mail here goes to him according to the postman. I had to explain that WE were the new owners. Had to call the facility to tell them to read the forwarding order. I still haven’t gotten all my mail, with the new address because it’s still being forwarded to the old owner. Very irritated and frustrated!

Funny we get a paper left we have a package that needed signed for twice in one week. That both have had to be picked up now because delivery person doesnt knock on the door. And they cant say they do because I've been home all day both times!!! Our mail doesnt run til 6pm most days!! Tell them quit being lazy and do their job and knock on a door!!! And yes my vehicle is sitting in my carport!

I completed a hold mail form.....mail was to restart on Saturday 9/21/2019. Mail didn’t come that day or today ...Monday 9/23/2019

Concerned that when you have a substitute carrier my mail gets messed up I have had deliveries for every address beginning with 330 all over Winter Haven I have gotten my neighbors mail. This month I did not receive my spectrum bill nor my Bank of America bill . Did receive mail from my neighbor and from someone else Who street number is 330 like mine. I do wait monthly on the first for a very important check to me and I’m always anxious and wondering if I am going to receive it. I cannot get my previous employer to do direct deposit. Mail person is worst we have ever had. My pension check was found by next door neighbor found it on road as she was riding her bic. It had been ran over several times. My son's meds that he gets thru mail found way down road. Where she left it , the owner delivered to our house. One day all my mail was left at neighbors house. They had delivered it to us. Does not close mail door properly. This is unacceptable.

Why can't this office get my deliveries correct??? I've been consistently making phone calls to you AND Valassis (Red Plum) as well as the mail carrier. WHY won't your office REMOVE our address as being flagged for seasonal?! WE ARE FULL TIME RESIDENTS WHO RELY ON THIS WEEKLY INFORMATION. 6514 Raintree Lane
