Customer service @ Alps is great but the assistant manager Miss Rita was very unfriendly, telling me there is nothing she could do, because my package did not arrived to his destination I wanted some kind of reassurance or just to say I'm sorry, I have been in business 30 years and I know who is nice and who is not who is professional and who is unprofessional and Miss Rita was very unprofessional.

this is the worst handled post office I've had to deal with. Since November, mail has not been attempted for delivery several times, even when we had a mail pickup scheduled online. The sub carrier doesn't come down to our apts, even though there are four of us down here. The Postmistress acts like she will handle the problem, but it continues.
