This location is not open on Saturdays and lobby is not open 24hrs, doors locked.

Please update your access hours! I drove almost 40 mins to check my P.O. Box as I run a business and the lobby doors are locked. I am now missing money as I have products that need to be shipped and I am unable to do so! I am LIVID right now

This facility locks the doors on the weekends preventing P.O. Box holders from accessing their mail. This must be corrected!

I am writing to commend Crawford for his patience, civility, and graciousness under difficult circumstances. I waited in line on Tuesday for what seemed an interminable time while he was helping several people ahead of me, and when it came to be my turn, I complained that the person in the back should be out there. He calmly stated that there were only two of them and they were doing their best. He was pleasant and patient, and I was grumpy and critical. I apologized to him on Wednesday, but I wanted to do more to commend him for his kindness and competence.
