I was at your facility yesterday. When I arrived the line was 12-15 deep. There was a customer at the counter but no USPS employee. For 12 minutes not one USPS employee came to the front, not one! Apparently, a search had to be conducted for something the customer at the counter was waiting for. During this time, 3-4 customers got out of line and left (good for me, not so good for USPS, particularly this location). Why - when you have ONLY ONE customer service representative working the counter (EVER, even during XMAS season) - must they leave the counter for extended periods of time when the line is that long? Someone in the back couldn't look for whatever it was and keep the line moving? This kind of ineptitude is constant at your location. Consistently one person working the counter, stopping to remove the mountain of boxes that have been left on the counter - actually separating them in the bins while the customers wait. Whoever is running this location needs to be fired but since this is the government, that will never happen. I am going to complete the survey and share exactly what I put here. Maybe someone will look at it and actually DO SOMETHING.

The rep did not greet customers in a friendly manner and seemed like it was a bother to be there. While trying to ship a package the rep also was engaged on his cell phone multiple times. Speaking with me he was talking directly down to his cell phone and I had to ask him to repeat himself. He seemed to be bothered when I asked "Am I interrupting something?" but he got the hint and processed my shipment. This service is common in the location. DISSATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST!!
The service here was horrendous. I came here with a passport appointment. As with any appointments, anyone can expect that they're appointment is filled on time. I understand that sometimes appointments can get delayed. But not only were they at least 10 minutes late for the appointment, there were no apologies and one of the workers there told me that being 10 minutes late was "no big deal" and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. This place's service is no good. Worst postal office experience I've ever had.
completely unprofessional. Staff gets defensive when attempting to locate you package, and displays the worst customer service ever. They lost a package of mine valued at $600. I recorded the conversation with the staff for my records, and it proves that they have no idea of their job. I was advised several times incorrect information including wrong delivery date (in an attempt to cover up their error) as well as incorrect protocol regarding how packages are left at location (again in an attempt to cover up their BS)...Mr Chambers doesn't know nothing about anything (SMH)....
