Our postal carrier constantly misdelivers mail intended for a house whose number is the same as ours but is on a nearby street. Some mail looks important but we cannot always drive it over there and put it back in the box--whereby it's usually 2 weeks before it goes through all channels. Can he/she please learn to sort correctly to begin with!?
I am going to post a formal complaint about this post office. I live in an apartment. I have lived here by myself over a year. Yet I receive old residents mail. My mailbox is marked with only my name. I have called the post office and was told by someone named Felicia that I would be out on a processing list and it would take 5 - 10 days and I would not receive anyone else's mail. I am still receiving their mail a month later. When I called again Felicia wanted to give me the run around about how Atlanta is big and they sometimes make mistakes. I advised her that I am in management too. If you worked for me and made these kind of mistakes and didn't fix the problem you would not be working for me. I also asked for her direct boss. She would not give me her name but wanted to give me a consumer number. Also, told me she had other people waiting and did not have time to stay and talk with me. I want you to be aware that I am filing a formal report against this location. I am also calling the news and telling them that you may not be taking this issue seriously. I think I read about a postmaster being let go recently for late deliveries. I wonder what happens if you continue to let mail be delivered to the wrong address.
