I want to recognize and Thank Wanda from the Central City Post Office in Atlanta for going above and beyond providing Exceptional customer service. Which means caring. I had an overnight package sent from NC that was guaranteed delivery for Thurs 12/5 by 6pm. It did not arrive on Thurs 12/5 as guaranteed. The package was to be delivered to my Son who is going out of the country later today, Dec 6. The tracking system noted the package would be delivered- a day late - by 6pm on 12/6. My son’s plane was leaving at 8p. There would be no way for him to get it before he had to leave for the airport. Wanda from the Central City Office worked with me and contacted the carrier who agreed to meet my son and get him the package. You have no idea how important that package is to our family. Because of her caring and taking action to resolve our issue, that the package will be on the plane with my son as he leaves today. Thank you is really not enough.

Avoid utilizing them if at all possible. You'll save yourself some valuable time and energy.
Well frankly, avoid using anyone that can't even serve within their respective job description and/or purpose.
More specifically, do NOT intend on depending upon this particular USPS branch if you need a parcel delivered to your address. They've left a "sorry, we missed you" slip in my box with ABSOLUTELY NO attempt to deliver on 3 separate occasions. It's basically classic laziness, BUT, it just makes USPS look bad as a whole.
Use fedex.
