May 17th I paid $30 for 3 keys to a mail box in an office building at 2500 Cumberland Parkway where we are moving. I was told there is only 1 person in all of Atlanta that cuts these keys and the process takes 30 days. I checked at this distribution location, as instructed, at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks. I still don't have a key to a mailbox and we are not receiving all our mail. 2 weeks ago, Ms. Wiley, made a copy of my payment receipt and said she would get back to me. I have yet to hear from her and no one answers any of the phone numbers. Someone.....PLEASE HELP!
