This post office has terrible customer service and the employees do NOT understand that they are public workers serving the public. Just because a young man was filming for a news piece, which is allowed by law (public space recording) and by USPS rules and regulations, they closed their services to the public. They were absolutely unprofessional and they had a really bad attitude about their roll as public employees. I suggest people contact the post master about these unprofessional employees.
This post office, after living here in this exact spot for 25 years has never changed. Words that come to mind are rude, nasty, terrible customer service and many more. We get mail maybe 3 times a week. The delivery of the mail stinks but inside this post office.....ugh. I paid $60 to have my mothers ashes delivered to her plot which is the only way they do it. It was 4 days late and they sat it on my cousins porch when they did deliver it I was furious. Of course you get your money back but it's in the form of a money order that THEY are supposed to be able to cash at the post office. Yeah right. After 3 attempts I was so frustrated with the clerk arguing with me and suggesting I put it in my account I said if it was my fault I get it but it wasn't. So I turned to leave and she called me a name to the next customer in line (sounded similar to I'm done with this "heffer". Why do you have to be nasty?
Yes, it's a simple thing but can you not understand my frustration after this ordeal? I think I will just leave it as "no class". But don't think I wont still come in there to do postal business. Why inconvenience myself because of one nasty clerk?
We have a condo at 4266 Roswell Road. We have automobile tag that is being mailed to our unit. How would you handle this? Would you give me notice to pick it up at the Post Office?
Thank you!
Tom
This is the worst location. Three of my packages literally went missing this week they claimed it was delivered but I NEVER received it. My regular mail even goes missing sometimes. But three packages in one week, that’s a record.
I want to thank your personnel at the Glenridge Drive location in Sandy Springs, GA. They have rescued my son’s paycheck and the key to his mailbox and saving the day for him. This CoVID19 is causing all manner of uncertainty and disruption, but the carrier and staff (Nicole) have worked together to make certain he receives his paycheck and his mailbox key (mailed from his friend who went home with the only key to the box in his possession....and the apartment management office is closed , etc etc.). What a crazy set of serious circumstances that have been overcome by the fine staff at Glen Ridge Dr. Many, many heartfelt thanks and appreciation!
Hello, I just waited in line for about 45 minutes. The service here is very slow and honestly horrible. A lady named Cynthia who is employed at this location spent the entire 45 minutes helping one customer, actually just talking about the holidays and weddings while 9 other customers waited in line. Nobody (except one employee...didn't catch her name) has any urgency to get things done in the office. Very frustrating. Will never go here again. Would discourage anyone who wants to mail an item in a timely fashion to use this post office.
We're the United States Postal Service, a division of your federal government. Your federal government wants to manage your healthcare with the same efficient, courteous, and friendly customer service that's employed at the post service. It's our job at the USPS to ensure every customer is greeted with a smiling face and every inquiry is answered to your complete satisfaction. Why? Because we care. Have a nice day.Ugh! This has to be the worst managed branch I've ever had the misfortune to walk into. The staff would beneficent from being sent to charm school.
