In typical Post Office fashion the woman at the counter was rude and patronizing. Instead of simply pointing me in the direction I needed to go she decided to talk down to me and informed me that if I read the many signs on the door then I would know where to go. This is one of the many reasons I never use USPS for anything. The man that helped me at the package pick up room was great.
