I am wondering if USPS trains their drivers. The one that we have cannot drive the vehicle very well. She will deliver mail to our office and then she must be sorting the mail for the other buildings because she sits in the truck. We know she is here EVERY day because she continuously beeps the horn when she is trying to manuever the vehicle. Sometimes she gets herself stuck. She backs up the little truck and brings it forward and backward causing her to beep the horn constantly until she finally manuevers it forward! Sorry, but it gets annoying. 2150 Boggs Rd., Ste 145, Duluth, GA.
I had posted an ordinary letter 1`1/2 months back to India on March 18th but it has not reached. Always from here (this post office), letters go by 2 weeks. This time wonder why?
I kept calling the Boggs Rd office at 770-717-3701 -- kept getting this message "your call cannot be transferred please call back later". I need to schedule an appointment to renew my passport ---- how can I schedule an appointment if the system keeps hanging up on me ---- I know they will say drive out here but maybe I cannot so that is why I am calling them
12-9-2020 outside collection boxes. One says do not use and the other is over full. No room for additional mail. Time 5:18 pm. time to empty 7:00pm. So.....where do you put your outgoing mail now?
It's a wonder the postal service is still in business. God forbid you block your mailbox. The carrier is too lazy to get out of the truck and place your mail inside your box. You will get a card though that says you're not getting mail because a vehicle was blocking the mailbox.
Go figure!!
Employees here are so slow servicing customer, it seems like they don't really wanna be here ,or working at all. Save your precious time and go to different PO
