You guys quit sending my packages back to the seller and they come to me at 10:10 7th Street bowling Green Kentucky 42101...

Rude service! Lady would not allow my children inside with me to pick up package even though no one else was there and she was behind a plexiglass door. She said they were not allowed as this was not a family gathering. Then when i went to check my package as it was express and arrived late she told me no I couldnt check it there, that she was not going to be a witness to check it! She has the rudest tone to her voice, it really upset my children. If she hates her job so much she needs to quit and let someone else have it that needs it!!

I tried the redelivery process and it was a total disaster. Asked for it to be delivered on a certain day they tried the day before. Tried looking up the tracking number & that number didn’t work. Looking up the confirmation # didn’t work either.
