My mail carrier refuses to get out of the truck to deliver packages or certified mail. I am getting tired of coming to the Annex to pick up these items. She ALWAYS leaves a tag in my mailbox to pick up. I know she does not get out of the truck or attempt to deliver because we have cameras in the front of the house and on the front door that records movements. She is NEVER on them. SHE NEEDS TO DO HER JOB AND STOP BEING LAZY!!!!

I will be filing a formal complaint about this annex also.

The mail lady who delivers on Water Lily Way always leaves my mail box wide open while she takes time, and care to close other residents mail box nicely.
There was a new lady who delivered mails between the ending of May or few days in the week of June 2020, and she nicely closed my mail box each time.
On 06/14/2020, my mailbox was left wide open. Upon returning home from work, my mails were TOTALLY wet. Please, advice the regular mail deliverer to take FIVE seconds to close my mailbox (1751), with care, and dignity.

What has happened to our postman Jack? We have had horrible service since his departure. I was to receive a package through Amazon on 1/15 18. It was not delivered because the carrier could not open the gate. If you go to Google maps, you can see there is no gate.3054 Callie Still Rd. An important letter was not picked up today from my mailbox. Yesterday my mailbox was so jammed magazines were ripped. What is going on????.
