We hgave gone to having one of the very best mail carriers to to worst! Several times I have tracked a package the came to the South Macon postoffice, shipped back to Allanta and then back to Macon. Our mail now is being deliverd after dark. Monday, 10/29/24 there was no deliveries. I check my email every morning to see what's schudeled to be delivered. There are several elderly people on my street that don't want to go to the mail box at night. I know everyone need a job, but if your not willing to put forth an effert, then maybe you shoud look for employment elsewhere! With the time changing this weekend, it's real going to be dangerious to walk to the mailbox. Calling the Post Office is a joke! All you get is the run around with the automated system!

The substitute or weekend carriers for this post office are either incredibly lazy or incredibly stupid and unable to read. I have 2 entrances to my yard and the single gate is chained closed and has letter sized note that says that it is permanently locked and to use the double gate a few feet down. They will say that they couldn't deliver my packages/mail because they couldn't access the yard. They don't even get out of their vehicle to attempt to open the second double gated entrance. I have gone into the lobby to request a supervisor and complain over a dozen times but nothing changes. Our regular carrier is so fantastic and does a wonderful job, but I hate that any of my packages get shipped or delivered through USPS. USPS is a huge waste of the taxpayer's money.

For two days, August15,2022 and August 16,2022, instead of receiving my mail in my mail box, clearly marked with name ELLER and number 3874, I am receiving my neighbors mail instead. I gave my neighbor their mail. I don't know whose mailbox that your carrier placed my mail in. Obviously, whoever has delivered the mail in my area for these two days cannot read names or numbers on mail and on mailboxes. Please see that this problem is corrected. I would like to receive my own mail and I feel sure my neighbors would like to receive their own mail in their marked mailboxes as well. Thank you.

This post office is ridiculous. We waited on a package to come that was sent back by the postal service for address issues. When I called the company from which it was sent from, it was the correct address. The workers just did not want to do their jobs.

What happened to mail service on Jones Road? Late delivery; wrong mail; some days no delivery; mail truck back tracking. What happened?

Employees have left my packages at the end of my driveway. They were left this weekend on Nottingham Dr. Available for anyone to take. Please correct this. I’ve called 10 times today, phone always busy!

I need to know how to complain to higher ups, my packages are never delivered to my apt. I'm home all day and get a message in my email that there was a delivery attempted and I wasn't home. I'm constantly having to go to the Rocky creek office to pick up my items, I've tried complaining to the supervisor there and that was no help. This is not fair I order items for my business and I expect them to be delivered. I've others that stay in apts say the same, are we punished because we are in apts and not a house. Who can I contact about this problem
