Melody Jordan has terrible customer service. After calling this location MULTIPLE TIMES, they finally decided to answer. I spoke to Melody and she was beyond RUDE for no reason!
We have been trying to get our addresses processed since December 2022 at the Edgemoore at Milford community. Melody, Janice Young and T Patterson are the contacts we were given to contact for updates. Every time I call I get poor customer service from them or they just put me on hold and never come back to the phone.
It's unacceptable to treat your customers this way and something needs to change. I am new to this area and after looking at the reviews for this particular location I see that I am not the only one who has received terrible service from this post office.
There needs to be a change because allowing your employees to work when they want and disrespect customers on a daily basis is UNEXACCEPTABLE.
Horrible at best service to 5252 Ernest w Barrett Pkwy. They deliver when they feel like it. The rest of the time no mail. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone to complain
Bad delivery service at 260 Manning Rd.SW. #117, especially from #100 to #117. No newspapers as sent by Mar. Journal. Can't call you because no one ever answers. Need Supervisor attention.
PLEASE HELP ME
I placed a hold on my mail from 4/13-5/8 and my mail was never held. I placed a hold on my mail starting today 6/16 as a test for the next three week hold and I had mail delivered today. I called to rectify the situation and three times in a row so far it rang so long it disconnected. I will keep calling but this location needs some attention. Please have Vivian or Marcus take care of this and email me to let me know that it has been handled.
I mailed a signature required package to Gerald Stevens 440 Whitlock Ave NW, 30064, on April 23 from Boise Idaho tracking # EH354516334US. The package was attempted to deliver but the elderly couple was out of town. They are now in town and trying to get the package but no one is answering the phone. A return to sender was generated on May 2, but apparently not returned. Please contact Gerald Stevens to receive his package today at 770 597 7717. I’ve not received my package as of yet it was out for delivery on March 17, 2021 and didn’t not reach my mailbox. I’ve received an email saying it will be rescheduled for next day delivery but then I awaken to an message saying it was delivered/picked up and I never picked up an package from your facility! So where is my package?????!

On Monday, December 28, 2020 I received a package that was so damaged that it was totally unusable. The content of the package was a handmade dreamcatcher. The package was carelessly shoved in my curbside mailbox with enough force to break and render the item beyond repair. This was an act of one of your employees with no regard or concern of the nature of the package not to mention any recognizable pride in their job. This was a one-of-a-kind Christmas gift that has been destroyed while in the US Post Office’s care. Before you right me off as someone with a bone to pick with the US Post Office or government employees. Please know that I am a veteran of the US Navy and the son of a retired US Postal Employee. I am not looking for monetary compensation I am simply looking to notify you about this incident. I am also looking for assurance that I can trust the US post office with my mail and packages in the future.
That happens to me often, but the house with the same number as mine is just around the corner. But that's the least of my most recent problems with this place.
