You guys lost a $300 package for a customer of ours. Disappointed would be an understatement. I am truly confused as to how this post office location is still open. Figure it out. Email me back ASAP please!
The website says it's open until 5 o'clock. That's a lie! These lazy post office government workers will shut the door in your face around 4 o'clock and say "We closed" (you read that grammar correctly). They do this without a care in the world about doing so. Extremely low class unkind, selfish people work here. They are clearly beneath their job. If you cannot give 100% at your job and then you are not worthy of it. I guess this is how FedEx and UPS were created. Lazy, incompetent, uneducated, government employees, refusing to do their job.
I walked in Windy Hill post office at 12:21 pm for a 12:30 pm appointment and the lady who called herself the branch manager refused to take us for our appointment, stating that we were late to her 12:30 after 12:20 pm and that she will not help us with our passport appointment. I scheduled this appointment almost 2 months in advance, we have travel plans coming soon out of the country counting with us being able to get our passport application started today.
This is the second time I’ve been to the windy hill location and someone has been here but didn’t allow customers in-During regular office hours. The last time the lady was on the phone and simply chatting. This guy simply decided to close for 15 minutes (not lunch) and left a long line of customers outside. He was not polite, apologetic or even explained. I was shocked at how unprofessional this was! I try to give the post office business (vs fed ex, etc) but the low customer service continues to shock me. I would give zero stars out of five if possible.
Windy hill post office is the worst post office I ever had to deal with. When you pay for next day priority you don't get it and the Supervisor Nikita has no customer service what so ever. Sometimes you need to treat people the way you want to be treated. She is the rudest person there!!! I have never had any mail issues until I moved in this area....EVER!!! Im really going to complain higher up because something needs to be done about not getting what you pay for as well as her attitude.
December 10,2018 letters were put in the out going mail box at 750 Franklin Gateway , and those letter have not been delivered to there December 10,2018 letters were placed in the same out going mail box at 750 Franklin Gateway . These letters are to be delivered in two different location , 1). Mableton, Ga 2). Cleveland ,Oh , Even during the Christmas holiday mail never take more than 4 days to be delivered . On December 7,2018 a letter was mail to Bedford ,Ohio and received December 11, 2018 , this letter was mailed from the Graham post office location . Call you help me out with the delivery of these letters . Our mail box has not been tampered with .
