Can't get anyone to answer the phone for over a hour now.

I had a mail hold and was supposed to have it delivered on dec 30 No delivery on 12-30-19 My confirmation # is cah368080884 address 2220 mason dr savannah ga 31404 Thanks

I did not receive a package by USPS with the following Tracking Number: 1Z3Y04X3YW24786487 shipped from Old Pueblo Traders. The tracking said it was delivered to my door on 12/06/18 @ 8:45 AM. I was home due to illness and I did not received any package by my local post service in Savannah, GA 31404. First of all my mailman never delivers mail in this area at 8:45 AM and whenever a package is delivered it shows up on my email. I have not received any notification of any delivery on 12/06/18. My local post office where my mail is delivered from is the Victory Drive Post office at 1900 Victory Drive, East side Post Office.

This side of town mail is always late and have rude customer service representative answer the phone hate y'all disrespectful MF

The service from this location is horrible. Had a mailbox that the key broke right after moving into apartment. This happened in May. Paid the money for it to be fixed and still waiting. Have called numerous times. Even went by to discuss it with them. Upon each encounter whether in person or on the phone was told it would be fixed within the week. Still waiting. Have important mail inside the box with no help of retrieving it. 😡
