Postal Locations

Claimed unable to deliver a package on September 21, was supposedly being returned to me. After 15 days, filed a claim. Denied, saying the package had been sent back to me, but nothing shows on Priority tracking. tried calling the Post office, they either do not answer, or disconnect the call. Bottom line, I did not get the package back. I have appealed their denial of claim.

I went into the Tucker post office a week ago to pay for a key to my townhouse postal box. The townhouse was vacated by my tenent. The agent said I would have to get a locksmith. I said ok but needed the number of the box since the address is not on the box. She took my number and said a supervisor would call in less than 24 hrs. I still have not received a phone call. I was hopeful, but didnt really didn't expect a call back since the agent was not very friendly. I'm not sure what else to do but hang out at my townhouse until I see the postman.

Ive lived all over this country and have been going to different post offices for over 40 years...without a doubt..I sell on EBAY so I'm at the post office daily...the Tucker GA branch Is the fastest and the most courteous that I have ever encountered(..Midtown branch is the worst..rude slow...with no since of urgency...East point...horrible) Every clerk is awesome especially Janelle ....Awesome job TUCKER!

Priority package was scheduled for September 11. I received an text update that could not access building. They will attempt on the next business day which is today. No package arrived today. The building manager check to video surveillance camera for 9/11 between 12 Noon and 1PM. we saw mail carrier trying to deliver a package.

1679 Stanwyck Terrace, Tucker 30084. At approx. 4:15, a delivery postal person put a package in my street mailbox.with other piece of mail. I am unable to remove the package, it is shoved in so tightly n that small space. I am 88 y.o. with a Pacemaker. Please have someone come over to remove this package asap! This had to be someone other than our regular carrier who would NEVER have done this! Noone answers at the Tucker P.O.

My package has been stolen by an driver! I need answers quick I spend way to much money for one of your drivers to be stealing my property. I've called tucker post office numerous of times! Something needs to be done ASAP!!!

I am so pleased with the USPS services provided over the last several years. Whenever I deliver a package, the mail service providers are curteous and professional, at the Tucker, Northlake and Embry Hills (all GA) locations. Plus, I have compared shipping costs with private shippers and the USPS was less costly in those cases. My mail is delivered at a similar time most days and the postal carriers put packages in hidden places, unlike UPS carriers, which put them by the front door where thieves can see them. I feel we are fortunate to have such an efficient, reliable mail carrier system!!! Keep up the good work, it is appreciated by citizens like myself and family.

Since when did mail carriers stop wearing postal uniforms? The ones delivering to my neighborhood look like homeless people. I can not believe the postal system cares so little about its image that it would allow their representatives to look so shabby.

Your postal employee who delivers mail to my residence has damaged my landscaping retaining wall twice in 4 months. We personally repaired it the first time and today she damaged it again. 4/13/17. We have tried to contact your tucker postal office to claim property damages with no resolve or return calls. I noticed the emp trying to repair her bumper damage as I drove up to my home and that's when I realized she had done it again. Please investigate and remove this emp for withholding accident and property damage reports to your main office.

My mail has been tampered with several times since I moved here a year and a half ago, mostly financial envelopes, opened amazon orders. I lived in Roswell for 18 years and never once had a thievery or tampering issue with any delivery service. They really need to start keeping an eye on the postal workers here. I tried to put in a complaint online, I filled out all the info, then it comes up "404 error". You aren't even allowed to complain.
