I have had several PO boxes in the past, this is the worse experience to I have ever had. I had a house fire, the house was uninsurable; it was very unfortunate for me,but I had an address change at the Patterson St location. Never received a piece of mail in my name. Every time I tried to get my mail, They kept sending it to my old address. A friend called to let me know it was full of mail I don't understand why or how they didn't do their job. Today a magazine hAd Thomas Coker on it. Will someone please tell me what I should do???

I can't get nobody to answer the phone. I have a package that says it was delivered yesterday to me. It was not. So, my package was dropped off at somebody elses house. I will never use USPS again. Nothing but UPS now. This package was a birthday present for my husband and because somebody does not read addresses on the houses. Mailboxes or roads my package is lost.

Yes, they've really gotten terrible. That same thing happens to me a lot and I'll file a complaint and miraculously it will show up a day or two later. Their new thing is to say they attempted delivery but were unable to access the address. It's a mailbox people! You do it all the other days of the week! And now the cost is going higher and the labor is getting worse. They are just lazy!
